Ovex Tablets with Mebendazole, specifically for the treatment of threadworm. This family pack contains 4 tablets and it is recommended that all members of the family are treated at the same time to prevent re-infection.
Ovex Tablets are specifically for the treatment of threadworm. Whereas a single dose of Ovex will kill threadworms, it may not destroy their eggs, which can cause re-infection and also infect other people. It is therefore strongly recommended that all members of the family (except pregnant and breast feeding women and children under two) are treated at the same time and that precautions are taken to prevent re-infection. This family pack contains 4 tablets.
Directions
Adults and children over 2 years: (excludes pregnant women) 1 tablet chewed or swallowed whole. Not to be given under 2 years.
Warnings
Ovex Tablets: Is not to be taken in pregnancy or by breastfeeding mothers. You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use
Ingredients
Orange flavoured tablet containing: Mebendazole 100mg. Ovex also contains microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, sodium saccharin, sodium lauryl sulphate, orange flavour and orange yellowS (El 10).
