Metatone Original Flavour Tonic Dosage:
Adults: Take one or two 5ml spoonfuls, preferably diluted, 2-3 times daily before meals.
Children over 6 years: Give one 5ml spoonful, preferably diluted, 2-3 times daily before meals.
Children under 6 years: Not recommended.
