Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Pain Relief Gel

Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Gel is for the relief of pain associated with sprains, strains, sports injuries, pain and inflammation associated with backache, rheumatic and muscular pain. Also for the relief of pain of non-serious arthritic conditions.
Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Gelcontains the active ingredient ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is a simple painkilling medicine used to relieve mild to moderate pain and inflammation. It is used for the topical treatment of backache, rheumatic and muscular pain, sprains, strains and neuralgia. Ibuprofen gel is also indicated for symptomatic relief of pain due to non-serious arthritic conditions and sports injuries.
When Ibuprofen Gel is applied to the skin it is absorbed through the skin into the underlying tissues, where it reduces pain and inflammation in the local area. It has an immediate cooling and soothing effect when applied to the affected area.
What is it used for?
Muscle pain.
Rheumatic pain.
Backache.
Severe throbbing or stabbing pain along a nerve and in the area supplied by the nerve (neuralgia).
Sprains, strains and sports injuries.
Pain from non-serious arthritic conditions.

Directions
Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Gel: Adults, the elderly and children over 14 years: squeeze 2 to 5 cm (50 to 125mg ibuprofen) of the gel from the tube and lightly rub into affected area until absorbed. Wash hands after each application. The maximum number of applications to be used in 24 hours is 4. The dose should not be repeated more frequently than every 4 hours.
Not recommended for children under 14

Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Gel: If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Do not use if you are allergic to Ibuprofen or any other ingredients, aspirin, or any other pain killers. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking aspirin or any other pain relieving medicines or if you are pregnant.
