Symptomatic relief from the pain and congestion of sinusitis including relief of aches and pains, headaches, nasal congestion and lowering of temperature.Red and yellow capsule containing:Paracetamol 500 mgCaffeine 25 mgPhenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1 mgDosage:Adults: 2 capsules every 4 hours. Caution when using Lemsip Max Strength Sinus Relief Capsules: Severely decreased kidney function Severely decreased liver function Diabetes History of peptic ulcer. Do not use Lemsip Max Strength Sinus Relief Capsules if: You are under six years of age Have severe coronary artery disease Have high blood pressure (hypertension) Suffer from an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism) You have have taken a monoamine oxidase inhibitor antidepressant (MAOI) in the last 14 days. If you develop an allergic reaction seek medicaladvice immediately. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist. Do not take with other products which contain paracetamol. You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use
